My name is Sherise James, and I am serving as President of the FIU Chapter of the Association for Women in Communications for the Fall of 2007. I thought that it would be a good idea for us to have a place online where AWC members, people interested in AWC, sponsors, and FIU students who are ready to get involved to keep up with what's going on with AWC. So here you will find the latest news, schedules, up-coming events, and you'll be able to post your questions or comments which are reviewed twice daily. As everyone knows, Starbucks has kept many of us from falling apart at critical times. Lets keep supporting the Starbucks at 13503 Biscayne Blvd., because they support us.
Starbucs' profits for the fourth quarter are up 40 percent up 21 cents a share. Revenue rose from $2billion last year to $2.4 billion this year.
