It’s a Jungle Out There: What you need to know to Survive in Communications

Miami, Feb. 05, 2008 – This is an opportunity for you to capture the attention of young communicators and provide the assistance they need to succeed in this integrated communications market. You will have the opportunity to have an intimate and conversational setting to coach, discuss and answer questions on your topic of expertise; additionally, you can create new networks and probably hire some of our best and brightest.

The Florida International University AWC, The Association for Women in Communications, and AdScene, student chapter of Ad Fed, are hosting this event in order to facilitate the student’s progression into the communications field. Your experience in television production, journalism both print and broadcast, creative advertising, account management, public relations, and radio will allow students the skills and the knowledge to survive in communications.

This event will be held on Thursday, March 27 from 11:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. at FIU’s Biscayne Bay campus.
